Heater parts?
I was on my back, under the dashboard today trying to figure out why my fresh air blower wasn't working. I had checked the electrical side and all was fine. It felt like there was no resistance on the slide that gives you 3 choices of fan speed. I found there was NO connecting arm between the slider handle and the contacts on the fan electrical control. I called our host, and they don't sell the part I need. Porsche sells the whole unit for $500.00. I need a different solution. Can anyone offer assistance?

What year 911? Perhap a photo or IPC of the area? I might have that linkage, (I've removed most of my heating system). If I have it, it is your for free.
