CIS Lambda Box

Well I believe my lambda control box has really crapped out. Replaced the relay twice, dome lights work, etc.

Where is the best place to get a rebuilt replacement?

Thanks,
Ken

What kind of symtons you heve in your car.? Are you getting 12 volts to the Frequency Valve ? Can you tell me the number of the Jetronic (BOSCH ) Computer?
I think that our cars have the same problem. I can't adjust the Fuel Mixture with the alen. I can't make the car run smooth.

Not sure where you can buy these, but I have a K-Jet lambda control box removed from an 87 930 turbo, not sure if they are similar, PM if interested.

Call Pelican Parts. They have many sources for rebuilt Porsche parts.
When you need a Porsche part, always start by calling Pelican.

Loren: this BBS saved me and some other people lot's of money by means of sharing expirience and offering DIY-help.

Your sarcastic remarks aren't helping this man and have nothing to do on board like this. I understand that you are selling refurbished equipment but it seems that you are not aware that this sort of behaviour is directly counter-productive for you and your bussines. You have alienated yourself with many on this board beacuse of your offensive and sarcastic comments ... that won't win you new customers in long turn. Please try to think about this before posting...

911Ken: How do you know that your lambda-circuit is out of order? Tell us your symptoms and how you troubleshooted it and there might be someone whoäll be able to help.

The comment was hardly sarcastic! It'll be very obvious when I'm sarcastic.
I post to help Porsche owners & not to form love relationships!
Ask me if I care what many think.

As I said, Pelican Parts has MANY sources for new and rebuilt parts. Just ask!

I guess the long Swedish winters are driving the man stir-crazy.

As far as I know, PP has few used parts...they mostly ship new parts. I felt Lorens answer as somewhat sarcastic remark that people are asking in wrong places when looking for used equippment, (regarding the fact that he's running a bussines himself selling refurbished ECU's).

All sarcasm turned off:

I've seen on the boards that Pelican Parts can sometimes have or get an ECU, etc

Also try www.systemsc.com
www.ebay.com

Sarcasm on:

Lorenfb, You need to keep your crazy sarcastic advice to yourself! How dare you post with that tone! haha
Just kidding man, what a weird thread. I didn't see any sarcasm in your post or offers to sell used ECU's. I'll put your link up!
