Coilovers vs tbars, costs?
I know this has been discussed earlier but here is my situation. I am in the process of upgrading every suspension components in my car.
So I looked at the Elephant Racing website... When I am done (shocks, tbars, adj sway bars, polybronze bushings, control arm mounts, monoballs) I am looking at roughly $3,500-$4,000k. Can I get a coilover set up for less than that? And I would need to include reinforcing the chassis as the car was not itnended for this. Thanks Matteo |

Coil over parts will run about $2500-$3000 plus the cost of chassis reinforcement.
But that only replaces the tbars and shocks in your list above. The other items apply in both cases.

Chuck thanks for prompt response. I will stick to the t-bars then.. Why is everything sooo expensive all the time with these cars?!?!?!

I am putting coilovers in my car right now. I got a "steal" on used stuff and it is still gonna be pretty expemsive.
