engine wont budge after clutch job cont:

So I finally got a chance to get under the car again.

The problem is that after doing the clutch the engine wont turn over or budge for that matter, either by hand or by starter.

2 part question:

1. I decided to take off the starter and found out that the outer casing of the clutch pressure plate is firmly pressed against the transmission, which is preventing the engine from turning. Where did I go wrong?

2. The starter has a stud for the 2 positive connections and 2 pins. I only have one wire that fits onto one of the two pins. Which pin should I put the wire on? (I tried to spin the starter, the engine did not move, I took out the key, but the green and red light did not go off on the dashboard--what's going on here? I just noticed this, before I was disconnecting the bettery every time the engine did not budge, I must have not seen this. Is this related to the starter pins? I also might have reversed the two pins on the back up switch when I plugged them in)

Thanks for the help.
Nikita

the flywheel washer that is supposed to be on the outside, under the flywheel bolt heads....., could it be between the flywheel and crank?
