plastic caps on underbody
I wanted to get some plastic caps to seal some holes in the car's underbody (seem like factory made holes), so I ordered:
PLASTIC CAP OEM-99970303340 I thought it would be a black plastic button type thing. What I got was a 1" dia. translucent plastic 'cap' -- i.e. it has an edge on it and is shaped like a cap for a bottle (w/o screw threads). Does anybody have an idea what this is meant ot seal on the underbody?? I can't figure it out from the diagram in the PET. Thx.

Maybe you're looking for these rubber valves to plug the holes in the car's underbody?
You'll need 8 of them. ![]() ![]() Kees. |

Yep, as I recall, it's a combo of those rubber black plugs shown above, and two different sizes of the translucent plastic caps.
