Agreed !!

I love the color! But I love greens in general on Porsches. Maybe because my very first one was green.

Anyways, too bad the current owner is a greenophobe. (Or is that an antigreenite?)

His protestations that his green car "IS NOT GREEN!" "IT IS LIKE DIAMOND BLUE!" are funny. He should wear the green proudly!

That is a very nice Targa, but that price is pretty high.

I love Targa's. I just sold this one to North Carolina.

Beautiful car.

Nutty price.

MichiganMat 01-30-2005 09:08 PM

naw, its ok.
Theres a GP white one around here that has RSR flares, a RSR front bumper, a nice set of 17s, and a gnarly turbo motor in it. All the lines and shapes are shockingly good looking, nicer than any Targa I've ever seen (except my own, ofcourse)

biosurfer1 01-30-2005 09:21 PM

very nice....i'd say about $150,000 at barrett jackson (on a slow day of course) hehe

vesnyder 01-31-2005 03:48 AM

Fot that price, it better be! I actually prefer the red one with the duck tail.

The part i like the most is that even tho that car is in pristine condition it still is pissing oil, just like every other p-car. :P

Wonder why he took out the cruise control?

sjp_30188 01-31-2005 02:23 PM

that metallic blue car is beautiful!

rip78sc 01-31-2005 02:37 PM

Does anyone know what "claying" the paint is or means? Sweet car - steep price!

wholberg 01-31-2005 03:24 PM

It was on EBay for several months and did not sell (price too steep)

From a manufacturer's site: A synthetic clay bar that quickly and safely removes imbedded contamination from all glass and painted surfaces. Used for years by automobile manufacturers and auto body shops, paint cleaning clay is an excellent choice for removing contamination that cannot be removed using conventional cleaning methods.

I know that parking lot. Its the one up in Cranbrook. I used to ride my bike by there every Wed. Nite in the Summer. I don't miss that white stuff on the ground though.
