Ohio P-car guys...
I will be in Oxford on Friday the 4th of Feburary to visit my girlfriend at Miami of Ohio. Shes in class until 5 that day and I am free all day. I was wondering if any Porsche guys in the area wanted to get together for lunch or show me some 911s. I wont have my 911 with me but I would love to see others. We could meet somewhere I think Dayton and Cincinnati are close by. Let me know I would love to make a day out of something.

You should look up Eric Mckenna....I have no idea how close that would be to him but he is a first class Porsche guy!

I'm heading your way in just a couple of hours, I'll try to give a call when I get there. I'm still waiting on your 915 man!!! Bring it ON!!! P-guy79: I should be back in town Wed or Thurs. If it's nice outside, maybe Eric and I could both swing by! Oxford's about 45 min from where I live. (I actually went to school there, for a while, but that's another story...)

Richard, I can drive out to you guys if you dont wanna make the trip into the collegetown. I will see if I can bring my 911 down but im not sure if it will work out yet. Either way it would be great to meet up with you guys.

Eric has MUCH better access to the Taj than I do, but I can probably arrange a visit. It's early Monday now, you'll probably get a reply from Eric here in just a bit!!! It's definitely worth it! I don't mind the drive to Oxford. Great place for a drive in fact! Since my 911's a bit bastardized for track, my (Eric's too) windshield washer system isn't in there any more, so it makes rainy/snowy days a bit more of a pain!

Yawn! hey what's all this this hub-bub!?....( Eric says as he gets his morning Coffee!) .. Friday you say eh... well there now.. I work until 4 turdy fella's.. so after that... yeah I am sure I am free as long as I let Asher know now I'll be hanging wit the fella's.. I am sure we can grab a
bite. maybe some Pub grub and a beer.. too bad you won't be here on Sat as we are having a few guys over to watch the 24 hour coverage.... but yeah just post on her.. or better yet shoot either Dave C. Hmmm I think ditching my anniversary dinner with my girlfriend of 4years for the bar with P-car guys wouldnt be the best idea as far as self-preservation so I think friday night is out. What time does the 24hrs start and when were you planning on having people over? I could see if I could stop by for a couple hours before I head back or at least work out going to lunch on Sat. Let me know what you guys think. Who wants the contact number as well? Let me know guys.

I think I am a bit lost here.. I thought you were going to be free on Friay as mentioned in the 1st post.. I am pretty flexible as far as time and all.
When will you be free to come up here.. I am sure most of the fellas are flexible so let us know what your time line is looking like. I am sure we can still get a few guys to hang for a bit.. So lemme know.. We are gathering up at the Taj on Sat at around 11'ish as the race starts at 12 noon... Later. Eric

If you guys were free during the day on Friday that would be great, I was under the assumption that you guys were working and didnt get off until 5ish. Vanessa, my girlfriend has class from 9-5 on Friday so ill be sitting around most of the day and was looking for something to do. At around 6ish im going out to dinner with her which is the real reason ill be down there (anniversary). Sorry if there is any confusion. If you guys can swing something like lunch on Friday that would be great. I leave on Sat sometime during the day but if you are planning on having some people over to the Taj I could do that or do that as well, depends how much of me you can stand. It doesnt matter to me. The reason I wanted to do something Friday was that I was going to have a lot of down time by myself. Let me know what you think. Eric, I pmed you my number as well if you wanted to call after 12 that would be great.

Yeah you're free and WELCOME to join us on Sat I'll be there myself around 10ish.. just getting stuff ready like beer and all.
As for Friday I might be able to do a lunch we'll see... I would take the day off to hang and all... but I hae to save all my days off for later in the year.. but yeah you can come hang with us on Sat for as long as you want to... Eric
