I assume you have the window out?? then take a wire wheel and clean the puss out......if there is metal left,, POR it....if no metal weld in a pc..Maybe mom here sells the corners?? I know they sell the fronts

Weather permitting I will be doing some of the semi-final cutting up of a 68 coupe this weekend, glass comes out and roof is coming off, let me know if you need replacement pieces such as where or send me a pic of yours so I'll know how much extra to leave. Cutting some special orders for some others off this same car.

AWOL-
I have the same problem. I was able to buy a replacement panel from EASY in CA from a donor car. New panels are not available. It's a lot of work drilling out all of the spot welds in order to remove the old panel and install the replacement, but it's the right way to do it.

Pretty common rust area. If it's surface only, clean it up and POR it.

If more substantial

1) cut

2) weld

3) grind

This corner require almost zero fill.

AWOL,

Just a side note, you may want to edit your location in the "user CP"; and just list a city instead of your actual address.

Post pics of the project as it progresses.
