What's the best "sport seat" that still allows access to backseat

I am thinking of getting more of a drivers seat. I may just get one and allow back seat access through the passenger side only. ...but I would like matching seats.

Any suggestions other than factory sport seats? ...something that will work with harnesses.

I have a Sparco Torino on the passenger side of mine. It doesn't fold forward very much, but enough. Pretty comfy seat, and I have it setup for harness at the track. No complaints from any of my passengers.

Would a couple of these fit the bill?

Summit racing scares me..."OK, we know what the biggest reason to swap seats is--looks."

dk...I just get nervous about cheap seats, and comments like I posted (that was in a description of one of their seats) makes me believe that their stuff is fine for looking like a racer, but I don't think I'd trust it on the track.

I may be wrong, but the web site suggests (scroll to bottom) that sliding brackets are available... and weigh 2.5lbs / set. I think tilting brackets may also be available...

Slider. Is that what's in your car? It looks pretty good. Not as nice as GeorgeK Recaro A8 but I would bet they are cheaper. What do both go for?

I haven't bought them yet but I am pretty sure I am going too. I currently switch between the stock seats and FIA race seats, and that is becoming more of a pain than it is worth since we only do 4-5 DE events a year.

I am going to sell the Corbeau Forza and Sparco that I have and buy these.

PM and I will tell you the price.

Jeff

Sparco Torino here. Excellent seats. Don't buy anything cheap. Recaro and Sparco are best. Don't buy Corbeaus, they will sun fade and wear flat in no time. Seen it with my own eyes ...

Hopefully I'll run ito you at one of the local events. There's a swap meet coming up soon so that's a chance. If not, then one of the events this summer.

I really would need to sit in different seats to make up my mind. Mine is a daily driver so comfort is important. But I know on the track that the standard Porsche seats let me slid around to much.

Michael

Guys:
Might want to expand your search to include these Monza 894 models from Bielstein in Germany. Look v. nice at about 328 Euro ( non leather) each, but must add shipping duty, etc.

EDIT:
Wonder what our friend in Nevada http://www.gts-classics.com/rallyest.html ( official US importer for Bielstein) would sell these for ... ???

Wil, I tried and was unsuccessful to get some seats from Reiner Bielstein. I was put directly in contact with Stefan. Even with the poor exchange rate it is still cheaper to buy them in Germany. Yes, Stefan and GTS Classics could get these seats, but at a price.
