Best Way to Install a Rear Bumper?

I've tried to search this topic but it looks as if it hasn't been discussed before?

I am thinking about getting a Rennspd or TRE rear IROC rear bumper, and Im trying to get some install info for the best fit and most solid install. Has anyone installed one on their own or has everyone paid body shops to do it? If anyone can link me any threads explaining this process for the do-it-yourself-er it would help me out a bunch.

In the end I want to install an Mb911 muffler 2 out quiet and an IROC rear bumper. Thanks guys!
