Factory Tow Hook Help

I'm trying to get the factory tow hook which will fit the threaded insert in my bumper that was hidden behind the bumper pad. The inset bolt appears to be about 3/4" in diameter. Another Pelican, Makio, sent me one for nothing, but it's much smaller, like 10mm 5/16". Can someone help identify the correct rear tow hook? I had another Pelican, A Quiet Boom, reweld the receiving bolt behind the license plate.

Hmmmmmm..........
I purchased a M16 bolt, the largest the local hardware store had, and it was too small. I hate to order via the web and pay $8 shipping on a $.50 bolt that I'm not sure is right. My plan is to build a tow loop.

The part number pet gives me for the towing eye which is part of the tool kit listed for a 84 911 is
911 721 151 01
