LOL,...I wouldn't be too hard on Charlie; he's a one-man-band (with the help of his able spouse) and like many of us, gets just inundated with phone calls asking for help from folks who usually go elsewhere after getting the assistance. He's simply overwhelmed most of the time with taking care of his dealer network's needs.

You are right tho, he should have asked you where you live and then referred you to someone close by to get your shop what you needed.

Like all of us, he's human and we can ALL be caught out at times during a bad day,....:) :) :)
