Almost two years ago, Wavey, myself and few others on this board bought Dansk SS Pre-Mufflers. They fit like a glove and look great.

I don't think any of us regret that decision...I know I don't.

GHL Muffler

I have a GHL muffler on my 82sc. I purchased it through our host back in '01 and I haven't had any problems with it at all. I noticed recently when a friend wanted to purchase one for his car, I referred him to Pelican Parts. After checking the host web site and the GHL website he told me they no longer provide a muffler for Porsche's. That's sad because I really like mine and I hope it continues to hold up. I really like the fit and quality of the muffler, and the sound is not loud just agressive when you are really accelerating.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1361741892.jpg

Fabspeed ha. Good luck. You need to do your research before laying down your credit card. One day the fabspeed thread might rival the Motorscheister thread. We had a customer buy 993 cats from them, sent them back FOUR times for incorrect fit. Never got it right, some excuse about using a universal left side and right side connector ( even though the right is about 1 1/2" longer) because "the people in the shipping dept couldn't fill the boxes correctly" ??????? I wasn't going to butcher the equipment to "Make it fit" and the customer fought for 3 months to get his $$$$ back.

I've worked with quite a few Fabspeed products in the past. I wouldn't consider them quality systems. Poor welding, fitment issues that were FAR beyond a single nudge or bend..

I have had big problems with Fabspeed in the close past , with a RSR complete set.

Inexisting after-sale , just bla-bla.

At the point i've been obliged to remove it for a Dansk system.

I can see nothing has changed.
