oil suction question

what does it mean when you pull the oil filler cap off and the engine rpms do not drop and there is no suction?????

Possible vacuum leak....

Are you having idle issues?

ok maybe a little..... I know I am having issues with my warm up reg and possible freq valve. but as far as idle it is normal on warm days....

I think this is normal. Doesn't the tank have a big breather hose hooked to the intake box. This hose will equalize the pressure in the tank to the box. At Idle the box should have very little vacuum in it.
