Found in the CA rain

I found this today as you can see sitting in the CA rain. Anybody know anything about this? It looked like it had a full roll cage when I drove by it.

I hope it isn't this one. Please advise if you remember any similarities.

Proof positive that 9 series cars don't float as well as the old beattles.

Looks like someone spiffed up a 993 in Red Bull livery -

Its definitely a 993 body style but I couldn't tell much else. I just want to know what that car is doing in the rain and on a tow truck of all things. It looks like an 85 on the door panel is the race number.
