OTher reputable porsche mechanic shops in South Florida

Folks, my reliable mechanic retired about 3 years ago (sniff sniff), I have done all the work since then but I am looking for another mechanic other than Gilbert at Vertex, Butch in Lauderdale and Richard Danvers in Pembroke Pines since I am having trouble diagnosing an issue with my CIS. Does anyone have suggestions. Thanks.

Gulf Performance in Pompano Beach did the PPI on my '84. Felix is the owner and was pleasant to work with. He did some work on the car for me and all seems well. Lot's of cars in the shop and an FVD rep as well.

Rathidone, I understand you dilema. I have gone through the same! I use Butch most of the time for service I have found him the best. Vertex for parts. There is another guy in S. Miami called Scott Finlay tel. 305 661 6479.

What problems are you having with your CIS? I have had them all!

thanks for the replies folks. Carreric please check my thread rantings under cis injector seals.... the story continues. Just bought pressure gauges from JC whitney to do system check. Will see what happens.

Here is someone I recently found out about. His name is Sean and his shop is A & M car repair in Hollywood (954) 922-2906. His shop does general foreign auto repairs. But he was factory trained by Porsche in Germany, and did work for Butch several years ago.

Did you try Forgein Affairs in Pompano? Bob runs the PBOC and is head tech at PCA. Hell of a nice guy, tell him Armando sent you and he'll treat you right.
