Cis Co Adjustment
To set the mixture on my 78 911sc with air pump and euro pre muffler-you set the mixture, fully warmed engine to 2.0 with the air pump belt disconnected so it's not blowing extra O2 downstream, right?
Anyone in the DFW area know a shop that would let me use their sniffer? Of course I'd pay a fee. I want to set it. Is there any reason to leave the car overnight as one shop suggests? Another shop said not to waist his time or mine adjusting it. I was mentally prepared to pay $50 to twist a 3mm allen screw. The auto tune and lube business must be lucrative. Almost tempted to build a wide band testing system as posted. I already have a sensor port on the Euro pre. Anyone do this? I tried the K&N meter, but I don't trust it. Thanks for any input.

Thanks afterburn.
I think the hardest part is finding a shop that will humor my tinkering. I might be running rich but it's pulling great without knock!
