ABS floor board
hey i am going to try and rebuild my drivers side ABS floorboard today. the problem i am having is the little bend right at the top of the ABS board. how would i go by dupllicating this bend?
or should i just spend the $106 and buy it off pelican and save me the trouble of trying to duplicate this bend. -tom p.s i will post a pic of the old board to tell me if it is warped badly enough to replace.

You might consider going to an aluminum replacement.
A few guys here have made those and they turned out pretty decent.
