Central Texas Engine Drop – Completed

		Or, Beer, Pizza, and 911’s!!
Donk and I completed the drop this afternoon and I appreciated the assistance! Now I’m off to find the source of my leaks. Likely culprits are the hard lines, thermostats, the known small leak at the pulley, and any others. Guess I’ll have the valve guides redone, and, while I’m in there, I’m hoping there is nothing else to do. At least the oil was clean and the magnetic drain plugs were clear. Well, here are the photos. I especially liked Donk’s 911T! Very sweet ride!! http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1109599174.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1109599194.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1109599234.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1109599257.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1109599285.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1109599316.jpg |

Glad to hear it went well. Great weather, why is his car parked inside?

Kept the birds from attacking it and kept it out of the sun. Sun while parked bad, sun while tooling down the road with the top off good!
Missed ya Jamie! You'd of loved how we kept jacking the car up, down, up, etc. This is strange to do on an even surface ;-) |
