No hot air from the defrost and side vents

I have the heater on full blast. All the slide switches on my vent control panel are over to the right. I feel heat on my feet but only cool air is coming out of the side vents and defrost vents below the windsheild. Shouldn't I be getting blasted with hot air from those vents? I think my fresh air blower is toast because the force of air coming out of the vents seems like a trickle of what it used to be so I may have two problems. What do you think?

Check the cables to the heater boxes, maybe they are rusted open. Check your manual for the positions of the vent control sliders.

With your top lever over to the right, you are blowing outside, unheated air @ max speed. With your middle lever to the right you are directing that same unheated fresh air to the windshield. For hot air to be directed to various areas, adjust the bottom (red) lever left for footwell, right for windshield, and in between as a mix of the two.

Do you have the 2 red levers between the seats pulled all the way up?

Aside from the heater boxes, check your fuses, wiring, front blower fan and the front hoses.
