Who repairs/rebuilds Konis?
I just bought a 914 that has Koni externally adjustable shocks (stuts) in the front. Since they are the same as 911 I'll post here. One of the adjusters is broken off and both shocks seem very well worn. Who in the L.A. area fixes and rebuilds these? Is it worth is or should I just buy new ones?
Other question. The rears have two adjusters. One on the body of the shock and one on top. How do these work? Copression and rebound I assume? Thanks for the info. Alex |

Try here...
http://www.koniracing.com/ http://www.truechoice.com/ Front 914 Koni's are not the same as front 911 Koni's (same dimensions, but different internals - diff. part#'s as well) The rears sound like they are old style racing dampers... NLA

In checking around very recently, unless you wanted
something non-stock, it will be cheaper to buy new.
