PNW pelicans, any issues with Small Car Performance
I am thinking about buying a "rebuilt tranny" with 1000 miles. see the Ebay add.
Any body have any reason to doubt their word? TIA

heard of them. i know they do subaru engine swaps in later vw busses. don't know anything else.

When I had my 83 SC, my fuel pump failed.I had my car flatbedded to their shop to replace it at a cost of $400. This was before I knew about Pelican and that I could have done it for less. Small Car has been in business for a long time and recently moved to a new location here in Tacoma. My impression of their shop was that they mainly worked on water-pumpers VW's and Audi's. Ric
