Anyone have a copy of Windows Server 2003 Web Edition?
When I bought the new webserver in October 2003, I bought Server 2003 Web Edition, but I quickly realized that many of my support programs weren't compatible with it yet. So, I "downgraded" to Windows 2000.
Fastforward to now, I'm wanting to upgrade, but I've now spent 2 hours today looking for the installation CD, and I can't find it. I have the activation number (on the side of the computer), but I can't for the life of me find that silly CD? Anyone have a copy (web edition) that they can zip up to an FTP site, or email me? Thanks, Wayne |
I do. What´s the FTP-servers address?

Wayne, what version do you have: OEM, Retail, Open License? The key codes are not universal. You will want to know before you move several hundred Mb across the wire only to find that the key doesn't work.

Since it is OEM, perhaps your vendor will get you another copy if you haven't found one already. Usually they will charge you a $25 "media" fee.
