...many thanks to John
I was frustrated that the paint code for "blood orange" was coming up as a close match to tangerine in certain years. I tried my local Porsche dealer...what a waste of time, then tried Stoddard...second waste of time, and then tried Porsche N.America...third waste of time. I called John out of the blue and asked him. Since I can't access the board from work, he kindly offered to post the question for me...and you guys answered the question for me...thank you John Walker, thank you board. I drove up to the painter today to check on the 76 targa with another p-head today....wow. That is orange! It is going to be a wild looking track car. I know, I know...it's a targa, what was I thinking...well, it's going to be a very rigid targa. I'll post before and after pics. Thanks again.

Aside from Guards REd, that Orange has to be my favorite color for the 911. Looks awesome!!! Randy |

It does look like Signal Orange, but digital photos can shade colors quite a bit. I love Gulf Orange, mostly because it is so uncommon.
