Gazella metallic clearcoat??
All these years I've had my '74 car as the third owner, I never bothered to look up the paint code inside the doorjam at paintscratch.com until now. My car is gold, was repainted what appears to be slightly lighter shade then the previous (and what I thought must be the original gold color) - but paintscratch shows it as 'gazella metallic clearcoat' - and it's blue! What gives?? Anyone else have this color?? Ackkk!

does anybody have this color? short of a complete resto, is there anyplace on the car i can check for evidence of this prior color that may not have been sprayed? i can't believe it was ever blue..
