New Server Software...

Hi Folks. I upgraded the server software tonite (as a few of you might have noticed).

I have turned the forums on, and will continue to do testing. Two items I have not fully tested yet are:

- Email sending
- Image posting and resizing

Please let me know if you have trouble with either of these - I will be testing them shortly.

Wayne, Thanks for the upgrade and THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THIS FORUM.

Okay, looks like emails are working - at least going to me. But this is not a good test, as my email server is on the same local network. Everyone else getting emails too?

looks like you got the image resizing working, i'll give it another try. This was a 1600x1200 image.

Edit: it works! Very cool feature Wayne, it will save us lots of time by not having to shrink down pics. Thanks!

Wayne, I had a database error when going from my email to the "Details" page. I hit refresh and got a different error. I tried another email post and that one appeared ok. Thanks!

Hey Stanley, I'd love a fullsize version of that CTR picture?

Some here may have much faster connections than I with plain wrap DSL. But, it seems nice and smooth with no error messages. Mine is only going to go as fast as it will go. I'll have to try Pelican at my wife's office on the T-1 line.

Thanks a million for the venue, Wayne.
