87' Headlight Removal

Trying to remove my h5 headlight. Bentley is incomplete. Anyone have a howto? Changing the bulb but I'm not sure I acn get it back together. The spring looks like it will be a b**ch to reinstall along with the adjustment screws.

Help. Thanks.

You do realize you don't have to/should not mess with the springs and adjustment screws when you are taking out the headlight?

I got annoyed when changing my H5 bulbs and switched to H4s. You will not regret the change, much better lighting and a lot easier to adjust.

How is changing an H5 bulb different than changing an H4 bulb?

SoCal,

Didn't realize that. Doh! Figured it out the long way. Second headlight took about 10% of the time.

Didn't help that PO GLUED the replacement bulbs into the housing! Had to McGyver the new bulbs in. Cleaned the lens/ reflectors while I was in there - looks way better. Of course its' sunny so I'll have to wait to appreciate my handy work. H4's are still the next step though.

Thanks to those who replied.
