Question: SC/Carrera GIANT Bumper "Guard" Options
Okay, I was looking through my collection of 911 pictures and you guys have got some friggin beautiful cars....hopefully I'll join you soon!
BUT, and I had never really noticed this before: You guys have done almost EVERY modification to the appearence of your cars, but why is it no one seems to delete the massive rubber bumper guards off the SC's and Carreras? With the early cars, particularly the RS clone/RGruppe type cars I notice there are several with the bumper guards painted body color or they are a one piece fiberglass unit with the "guard" part also body color. Now, the giant bumper guards would probably look odd paint body color. But what about just delelting them and extending the rubber strip further across the rear? Also, why not find a way to delete the accordion pieces front and rear? Not to mimic the early cars, just to clean up and simplify the appearence. Photoshop anyone?
