Well, it's not as bad as the other 930 on eBay:

What is salvageable on this hulk? Reserve not met at $2475.

The car has to have$ 20,000 in damage ! That considers an individual doing all the tear down and reassmbly themselves. Dan

If you buy them both, MAYBE you could make one that runs. The owners should get together for a two-for-one sale.

Somebody will buy them. Ain't this a great country?

I'd give $16,000 for both. The red car is buildable ,in the right hands.Dan

The red 930 is shot, chassis wise. It looked like the floorpan was all twisted up. Would you trust it with 400HP in that tub?

Looks like the owner gunned it, torque steered into the guard rail, and spun it. What's the engine worth in that wreck?

Pat .having grown up with a father in the body shop and having a bit of experience myself. I contend the car is buildable. In the right hands and being purchased for the right price. This car doesn't have the right price, even with all of its go-fast goodies.Dan

Dan:
I guess it really has to be seen to assess the damage. The front suspension is definitely bombed. I'd love the engine, however.
I'll bet he gets 25k.
Pat

Nice motor. Used 3.3's seem to go for $6K-$ 8 w CIS mostly stock.
This one has lots of nice goodies on it but what is it's condition? Is it available to test/ verify on a engine dyno? Is there a paper trail for the build? Without a teardown how do you know that it has the internal goods? Wasn't there a 3.6 tt from a reputable recyler for the low $20's?

Guessing $12-15 for the motor and I think that would be in line with the return on investment in these kind of projects.. $0.50 /$1.00 is the price you pay to do this stuff.
