which rocker panel part #is correct
 
I am looking to replace the rocker panel on my 88', but I am not sure which part # is the one that I want (or even if it is technically a rocker panel) B/C the PET has it listed as "trim". The #'s I have are 911-559-047-01 (PET),PEL-RDP-212AL (outer rocker panel) and PEL-RDP-213L (inner rocker panel).

2nd question is, is this a bolt on item or a weld on?

here is a pic of what I want to replace.

you need the outer rocker panel: PEL-RDP-212AL
this is a bolt on item.
