OT: What to do/see/eat in Aberdeen

I suppose I could make this marginally on topic by asking if there's any interesting Porsche related stuff to do in Aberdeen.

I just found out that in a week and a half I'll be in Aberdeen for about a week. I'll be working, so probably won't have much time for major sight seeing, and I don't think I'm going to have a car, so is there anything in the city that i really need to see, or is there any place that I really should eat, or anything like that?

HA! I was thinking Aberdeen, NC (and also thinking "WTF is he going there for??") which is where you'll find John Helgesen...you could always check out his shop...too funny.

Have fun in Scotland!

Steak, I think I can manage a steak.

Andy, thanks for the links.

What? All of these people from all over the world and no one from Scotland with some "must do/must see" stuff in aberdeen?

Excellent beer, single malts that you can't find here and, of course, you have to try Hagis.

Wasn't it Robert Burns that said words to the effect that "hagis separates the men form the boys"?

I think the reason for withholding the cigar was because St Patty's day is an Irish thing instead of Scots.
