Setting the proper frontend height
 

I'm adjusting my front torsion bars so that the height is correct from front-to-back. Is there a way to be sure height is correct by measuring the gap between the top of the tire and fender lip for both front and rear?

Also, what tire pressures should I be using f/r w/ 205-65-15 tires?

Setting your ride height by top of tire to fender lip would be for asthetic reasons alone. Setting the ride height by ground to fender lip is done to obtain the propper chassis attitude and rake. An example using different size (height) tires front and rear makes this difference easy to understand.

No idea on air pressure. It varies widely for street vs track use and types of tires. Factory spects work for street use.

Generally the front fender lip should be 1/2" higher than the rear to get the right rake. Because the car fenders are cut differently having the front fender lip 1/2" higher will actually result in the front end being a little lower than the rear.

You could probably run with 32psi frt and 34 psi rear cold pressures. I'm not saying that's necessarily optimal, but it's probably not a bad place to start.

The proper front end height from an alignment point of view would be determined by front camber factory settings unless you specify leaving the height at the level you like for asthetic reasons.
