Motor surprises

Here are some things I found upon engine removal
Is there supposed to be a plug or fitting on the end of those wires? And can the motor mount be repaired, or should it be replaced?

those wire ends go into a 14 pin plastic socket - a 2 piece assembly

search on 14 pin engine connector
