Interior door garnish parts

Not sure how to search for this part. Looking to replace this Circular stem slot, not sure what its called, on my door garnish. Can this be replaced?

doesn't look like mine...mine doesnt seem to be coming out either

the part on pelican to purchase seems to be much longer, and the bottom also looks narrower than mine. Mine also looks to have sides that preventing it from coming of the hole..which i think is making it hard to pull or push out.

close but very different...these look too long and mine has a round and flush bottom. no "legs"
