Check the connector from the turn signal harness to the main harness-its under the dash, left side, can't remember what it looks like, but I managed to knock mine loose while working under there and had same symptoms.

well...i fixed it. the search turned up a good check list from flintstone, i started back from the flasher. power when the e lights on, no power with key. checked all the fuses 3 times. pulled the relay at least 6 times. finally i got power with the key, then no power. I couldn't figure it out. I went back and cleaned all the ground connections, rechecked all the fuses again. I turned them all twice. Here's the clincher, the fuse to the flasher/blinker/tail light looked good, but i figured i would clean it. I took it out cleaned it nothing, took it out again and low and behold...i hair line crack in the top nub area. new fuse and alls well. thanks to those for the great archives.
