Seat bolts and all
Guys,
I just got my sparco brackets to install the Torinos in the 73. Everything lines up great but the stock porsche bolts that previously held the stock seat to the chassis are super tiny. They almost (but not quite) go through the sparco bracket... Do I try to source same size threads with a bigger head (if they exist?kinda slim chance) or can I use washers there ? Is it safe ? If I do so don't I need longer threads anyway ? If anybody has a size recommendation - I don't know what those are even called, and they're probably metric ! Thanks ! |

These should all be the same....by memory (careful ! )...I think these should be 8 mm cap screws using a 6mm key...
For strength..I'd not go lower than metric 8.8 ( equal to US Grade 5) Wil
