quarter windows
Does anyone know if 911s were ever built with fixed rear quarter windows and clear anodised (AKA "silver") trim? If so, when?

78-79 SCs came with silver window trim, and fixed windows. I believe the black was an option during these years, then became standard in '80.

Hi,
Just for infor i have a non sunroof 1979 911sc , and behind a spot welded strip in B pillars there is the slots and hardware for pop out rear windows, and also in the rear cab next to rear window there is the mount and holes for the hinge mount point for the pop outs also .. but no nutserts in the holes ..just plain holes  Take care Joe |
