Steering wheel hub spotters guide
As a public service, I'm posting this photo of an early (-73) hub on the left and a late (74-) hub on the right. Please note that they are different. Make sure when ordering from a vendor that you:
a) specify which hub you want b) repeat slowly to the order taker which hub you want c) ask the order taker if he understands there are two different hubs d) ask him to repeat back to you which hub he's going to ship you. Then you'll get the wrong one and have to send it back. ![]() ![]() |

Yep, I had to return the first hub I received from PP when I ordered my Momo Prototipo, but it was my fault as I didn't specify the "late '74" version of the hub. When the correct one arrived, it hooked right up. I have a spare "late '74" hub adapter for a Dino wheel and an old Dino wheel if anyone's interested.
