930 Clutch
I am about to put my 3.3ltr back in and I noticed that the rubber center clutch disk had cracked. Si O need a new clutch disk. What are my options?
1. Another rubber centered disk, 2. a 3.0ltr spring centerd disk, 3. a kennedy disk, 4. Sachs power clutch disk? This is a stock 930, what would you guys recommend?

Ahh...the usual.
Stock rubber disc will work for 10 more years, so in case you are not going to track the car and just need working clutch, I actually recomend stock disk. 3.0 discs need special lengthened throw-out bearing that's expensive.

"Note that the 1987-89 911 Carrera and the 1978-89 911 Turbo cars can be swtiched to the 911 Turbo 3.0L spring center disc with no modifications. " Are you sure about the lengthened throe out bearing and do you know where I would get one? The one listed on the site is Throw Out Bearing, with spring-centered disc, 911 Turbo (1976-88) H-116-081-11 $148.05 and it looks like a standard throw out bearing. Steve
