Car found in Hangar- Opinions Wanted

One of the guys on the airport had his hangar door open and I recognized a familiar shape under a blue plastic tarp. Anyway, we get to talking, and he's selling his Bonanza, and not going to need the hangar anymore, and wants to get rid of the car so he doesn't have to pay rent on the hangar.

When I was looking for my '66 I took the time to educate myself about the SWB cars. This one is a short wheelbase, pretty rusty, I'm not sure if it could be brought back. Also, there are a lot of interior pieces that are missing. He's asking $8500, which I think is pretty high, what do you fellas think?

Sorry Juan, the pic didn't load.

Upon closer inspection this car is a piece of junk, somebody put on some cheesy 7" flares in the rear and the paint on the hood has spiderweb scratches, almost like it was flexing.

The odo is hard to read in the picture, but it's showing 41005.

I was going to comment that there's a guy here selling a clean stock '69 for $8000. That one looks dirty and non-stock, just from the one picture. $8500 seems pretty steep...

Cramer is quite the comedian, but what he forgets is that people here have memorized every web photo down to the pixel level detail of every vintage or racing Porsche available on the Internet. Hence, his April fools joke is a failure once again.

My Nigerian cousin (who is part of the ministry) wants to buy your car. He will send you a Western Union Money order for $12500. $8500 for the car, $2000 for shipping and if you could refund the $2000 in the form of a cashier's check as acceptance of this offer, we would equate your most humble committment.

Too late, I already bought it.

Here's my mechanic testing it out:
