Chip in fan blade
This will be replaced asap, but just thought you fellas might find it interesting. Who knows how long it was running like this.
Is there a prize or award for largest chip?

Its been dressed out (like our props with a chip) but wonder how long it was on the car? For the cost of a new/used one I would sure replace it. The out of balance condition would do wonders to the bearings in the alternator! JoeA

Someone used a stick? screwdriver? to hold the fan while changing the belt. I don't think it's a big problem for balance or cooling. But, do like Emission says if you are worried. The fan would cool better if it was clean.
