Which brand/models did you purchase? Would you please let me know if you are satisfied with their fit . . .

My 18 month old rides in my 911 (rear seat) and we often go for long day trips or away in it for teh weekend.

He loves the car and is quite content to sit there and way at people out the quarter window.

On the other hand when we try to put him in the wifes car he carries on and won't sit down easliy and usually is quite vocal.

Who know maybe he was born with good taste.

The cosco is not too difficult to secure. In your 996 you will have a 3 point seat belt. Pass that through the back of the seat and voila'.

The only minor issue for me was the tilting fwd of the child seat. To stop that you I bought a belt loop and anchored that to the back of the rear seat.
This was only to ptrvent the child seat from tilting fwd under heavy braking... the main seat-belt secures it in its place.

Good luck
