HElp with VIN #s please

Can anyone help me in decoding the following VIN #s:

911620156 -why is this only 9 digits? Is this a problem?

9114300967

Yes, probably should be 9116200156. This is a 1976 911S US delivery

9114300967

1974 911S

Both should have a 915 transmission.
