Electrical headaches...

I am putting back together my 2 year restoration project, a 69 911T. I got it in pieces so it was a big puzzly, the last piece is electrical and it is driving me crazy. The lights are the problem, I can't seem to get the turn signals, brake lights, or headlights to work. I have looked everywhere I can think, scraped paint off to make sure everything is grounding, but no luck. ALl other electrical bits seem to be working ok, even the clock!!!

Any suggestions on a process to find the problem?

Thanks,
Derek
