Anyone recognize this car?
 

I bought this car sight unseen from a third party and I never spoke to the PO. I have all the service records and papers up until it was sold in Austin TX. 2000? Specifically, I would be interested in the details of the engine rebuild. Value? I love it and was going to make a daily driver out of it but it may be too much to leave outside.
