Boge Sport Strut Assembly, 911 (1986-89), Right

What is the difference between a Boge Sport Strut Assembly, 911 (1986-89), Right, C-341-042-05
and the regular struts shown in the PP catalog?

I tried to figure this out several years back when I had a bent strut tube. I wasn't able to find a definitive answer. The best info I could come up with seemed to indicate the difference was with the insert. The tube/spindle was identical. Since I was switching to Bilsteins anyway, I let it go. Been wondering ever since if there was more to it than that.
