Quickie Rear Box question...

I'm just about to get a new rear box and have the options of
Stainless steel single port SINGLE skinned or..
Stainless steel single port DOUBLE skinned.
Cost abit more but supposed to be quieter. Which should I go for...I like quieter. What did a 1977 3.0 Carrera come with originally? Cheers for any replies...M

From what i can remember there is very little difference between the single and double skin for sound output
