78 for $9500??
What do you guys think? Its a 78 coupe in good condition. The interior is really nice and does not look like a 17yr old car. It has 115k miles and has had the clutch replaced, tranny synchros and some other things that I cannot remember. But one receipt was for $3800. The only thing I find wrong with the car as I mentioned on another thread was that when I applied the brakes, the car pulled to the right. I belive its a brake problem. The owner said that the aluminum cross member is bad and requires attention. He said it more worn out on the right side so the car pulls to the right when the brakes are applied??? PPI for sure....

$9500 for a '78 seems about right depending on the condition of the car. PPI for sure.

"bad aluminum cross member" I've never heard of one going bad. It could be as simple as some bushings, but I'd get a PPI at a good Porsche shop. If all's OK, use it to bargain since it could be expensive to repair. Of course you can get all the info for DIY repair right here.
