Do Turbo Tie-Rod Ends remove easliy?

Just got done replacing ball joints on my 1981SC, not that big of a PITA. (thanks to 101 Project Book) But looking at my turbo tie-rod ends, the rubber boot or cover is in bad shape so I'm replacing them to. Are they a PITA to remove?

Nope. While the end is still in the strut loosen the locking nut. Then remove the rod end from the strut with a puller. Count how many revolutions it takes to remove the end from the rod and install the new end with that many turns. Install end into strut, tighten locking nut. Toe should be very close.

when you install them. from the inner threads give it 10mm from inner rod to locking nut.
