Fiberglass Targa tops

I've seen some fiberglass Targa tops on E-bay $400
Has anyone used one of these and if so what is your honest opinion.

Like the idea and have thought about buying one for some time. How does it latch is one question. Since it takes 5 minutes to install I'm thinking it uses some other mechanism. The top sold on Pelican seems like a better idea since it uses the stock mechanism. What is it using for side seals is another especially since new ones are pricy.

Would love to hear from some users.

KC, do a search. there's a huge thread on those tops from a year or two ago. The guy had tons of small issues that he was working on.

Steve, I remember that thread but am hoping someone has used bought one since then and can update us. I recall several negative opinions. With the monthly drive to the Rio Grande Valley I'm thinking I need a hardtop option. I'd rather drive the 911 than the Pathfinder down there anyway.

Thanks Steve. You'd think there would be more activity on this subject.
